The ESFA and Pokémon team will be looking out for schools that are going the extra mile with their Schools’ Football Week activity plans (31 March – 6 April) as they work together to choose 250 schools to become Schools’ Football Week Trailblazers!
These selected schools will receive:
- Pokémon Pokéball footballs
- Schools’ Football Week t-shirts
- Trailblazer certificates
- Letter of congratulations
We hope that these items will help schools to further implement their plans and also to really feel like they’re a part of Schools’ Football Week 2025, as a key activity contributor!
Applying to be a SFW Trailblazer for 2025 is so simple:

- Tell us all about the activity you have planned
- Select the option to be considered as a Schools’ Football Week Trailblazer
We will be looking into the activity that our chosen 250 schools have planned and selecting some to visit during the week in order to capture some activity to promote Schools’ Football Week and share successes across our channels too.
